Todd Michael Glaser is a Miami Beach–born luxury real estate developer and investor recognized for shaping South Florida’s ultra-high-end residential market. He began his career in construction and design, drafting plans for large-scale projects, before transitioning into real estate development. Starting with small home renovations and flips, Glaser quickly built a reputation for delivering modern, design-driven properties, allowing him to scale into multimillion-dollar waterfront estates and luxury condominium projects across Miami Beach and Palm Beach. Over the years, he has developed, renovated, and sold homes for high-profile and celebrity clients, and has been involved in several headline-making and record-setting transactions in Florida’s luxury market. In April 2024, Glaser and partners sold Tarpon island in Palm Beach for a record $152 million. Now, the team is working on a new mega-home on North Bay Road in Miami Beach that will seek $300 million once completed.
