Andrew Trench, Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, has specialized in landlord representation for 19 years in South Florida. He has worked on leases in both the office and retail sectors of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties but has concentrated on exclusively office properties since 2010. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, Andrew served as Leasing Director at Taylor & Mathis for over five years, and Landlord Representative at Holly Real Estate for the five years prior.
Andrew has been featured in Miami Today, the Daily Business Review, Bloomberg, Commercial Observer, Real Deal, and several other publications. Andrew is part of the team that executed on the successful lease-ups of new developments such as 2850 Tigertail and 830 Brickell to full occupancy prior to completion. His team represents more new office developments than any other Miami-based agency team. He has represented building owners on notable lease transactions with Kirkland Ellis, Citadel, Amazon, Thoma Bravo, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and many other major companies.
Andrew is a Miami native and went to Gulliver Schools all the way through high school. He went on to the University of Maryland and graduated in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Before moving back to Miami in early 2006, Andrew worked in a mortgage and title company in Washington DC for two years.
