Ben Waters is the Co-founder and Head of Growth at LightTable, an AI start-up redefining pre-construction review and risk management for the built environment. A Cornell-educated, licensed architect with over 15 years of experience at leading global firms—including Gensler, SOM, and KPF—Ben has led high-profile projects worldwide totaling more than $1B. While running his own architecture practice, he recognized how AI could eliminate inefficiency and risk in construction—an insight that sparked LightTable, which helps the AEC ecosystem detect errors early and prevent costly change orders before projects reach the field.
