Danny Hertzberg is a founding member of The Jills Zeder Group, the #1 real estate team in the nation and one of the most accomplished luxury real estate teams in history. He represented the record-breaking $170 million sale of 7 Indian Creek Island Road, the highest residential sale in Miami history, and has represented billions of dollars in luxury real estate transactions throughout South Florida’s most prestigious waterfront communities.
A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law with a joint J.D./M.B.A., Danny combines legal, financial, and marketing expertise with strategic negotiation to advise ultra-high-net-worth buyers and sellers through some of South Florida’s most significant real estate transactions. He is known for advising many of the world’s most prominent business leaders, entrepreneurs, and family offices, earning a reputation for discretion, strategic counsel, and exceptional execution. Recognized for his innovative marketing, strategic thinking, and skilled negotiation, Danny has received numerous industry honors, including being named to Forbes’ “30 Under 30” and the South Florida Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.”
Danny is a nationally recognized thought leader in luxury real estate and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and industry events across the country, where he shares insights on luxury marketing, negotiation strategy, and emerging trends shaping the high-end residential market.
A respected authority on South Florida luxury real estate, Danny is regularly featured in national and local media. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Bloomberg, Forbes, Robb Report, Daily Business Review, The Miami Herald, South Florida Business Journal, and The Real Deal. He has also appeared on Bloomberg Television, CNBC’s Power Lunch, CNBC’s Secret Lives of the Super Rich, NBC’s Open House, CBS’s Living Large, and other national news programs.
Committed to serving both his profession and his community, Danny was appointed by the Mayor of Miami Beach to the Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority, where he served as Vice Chair. He is President of the Sunset Islands Homeowners Association, a longtime board member, and a Ransom Everglades alumnus who remains actively involved with the school’s alumni community. Danny is also a proud Diamond Society supporter of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.
