Erik Rutter

Erik Rutter serves as the managing partner of Oak Row Equities. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate ownership, development, capital raising, finance and asset management. Mr. Rutter has been involved in over $5B of real estate transactions, acquisitions, special situations, and financings. Prior to founding ORE, Mr. Rutter worked at Tishman Speyer, where he worked in the NY acquisitions, the Brazil portfolio management, and the NY asset management groups. Notably, he oversaw the redevelopment efforts at Rockefeller Center.
Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Rutter currently serves as the Chairman and Founder of the NextGen board of Next Autism. Mr. Rutter is a graduate of Georgetown University, holding a B.A. degree in English and History. He resides with his wife in both Miami and New York City.
