Harrison Soffer is a Principal at Turnberry, a real estate development firm with an extensive portfolio of hospitality, retail, residential, and commercial properties. He is involved across all properties in the existing portfolio including the JW Marriott Nashville; The Seagate Hotel, Golf and Beach Club in Delray, Florida; One Park Tower By Turnberry; SoLé Mia, the 184-acre community of residential towers, retail, restaurants, and 37-acres of open green spaces that Turnberry has developed with LeFrak; and The Abbey, the newly rebranded open-air district with dining, retail, wellness, and entertainment near Aventura Mall. Harrison is also involved in projects in the development pipeline including the upcoming Residences at St. Regis Nashville. Before joining Turnberry, Harrison was an Acquisitions and Investment Analyst at AJ Capital Partners in Chicago. At AJ Capital Partners, Harrison assessed the feasibility and opportunities within the hospitality and commercial sector in key U.S. markets. He earned his degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, where he majored in Hospitality Management with minors in Real Estate and Architecture. He sits on the Aventura Vulnerability Assessment Steering Committee and is active with the education non-profit Achieve Miami.
