Henry Bott leads the company’s US development and investment operations. Henry joined Swire Properties in 2010 serving positions in the retail, office, and investment departments in Beijing and Hong Kong. Prior to taking up his current role, Henry was Chief Representative for Swire Properties in Vietnam where he led the company’s first investments in the country. Henry is a member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors.
