Ignacio Montes is the President and Partner of Alta Developers, a leading South Florida real estate development firm recognized for transforming Miami’s urban landscape through design-driven residential and mixed-use projects.
Under his leadership, Alta has developed more than 4,000 residential units with current projects exceeding 2,500 residences, including notable projects such as Gaia Hollywood, Casa Bella by B&B Italia, Cassia Residences in Coral Gables and Crest. Ignacio oversees acquisitions, financing, and investor relations, having led over $3.0 billion in real estate transactions across the region.
Before joining Alta Developers, he held senior positions in investment banking and asset management across Latin America and the U.S., including with Credicorp Capital, Link Capital Partners, and J.P. Morgan.
A graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Juan Ignacio brings a global financial perspective and a deep commitment to quality, design, and community-focused development.
