Jason Haber

For almost two decades, Jason Haber has been a prominent real estate agent and industry thought leader. He has represented both buyers and sellers in some of the largest and most consequential deals in New York City. As a recognized thought leader, he is frequently quoted in national and trade media on real estate matters.
In 2010, he co-founded Rubicon Property, a social impact real estate firm based in Manhattan. Warburg Realty, one of New York's elite firms, acquired Rubicon in 2014. Haber joined Compass, a technology-driven real estate company, in 2022.
In 2024, Haber co-founded the American Real Estate Association, a national trade group that advocates for policies supportive of agents and the real estate industry. Over 5,000 agents have joined the association, quickly making it a powerful force.
Throughout his career, Haber has held various roles in both the private and public sectors. He has also served as an adjunct professor at John Jay College. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Communication from The George Washington University and a master’s degree from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
His first book, "The Business of Good," was released to wide acclaim in 2016. It was ranked #1 on Amazon for new books on sustainable development and is available online and at local bookstores.
Haber is a frequent lecturer on urban affairs and has given talks to many civic groups in NYC. His lecture series on Robert Moses and Jane Jacobs has made him a sought-after speaker on 20th-century urban planning.
Haber is dual-licensed in New York and Florida and actively works with clients in both markets.
