Jeffrey Ardizon is the Principal of The Estate Companies, a leading South Miami-based full-service, vertically integrated developer, owner, and operator of residential communities in South Florida. The company is renowned for its Soleste Living brand, which comprises Class A multi-family communities in South Florida's urban core and submarket locations and is among the most active multifamily developers in Florida.
With a proven track record of identifying off-market opportunities, temporary market dislocations, special workouts, capitalization, executing complex transactions, stabilizing assets, and creating exceptional value for investors, Mr. Ardizon is a highly experienced real estate leader. As Principal, he provides oversight and leads the overall direction of the firm.
Mr. Ardizon was instrumental in structuring and executing one of South Florida's first large-scale, ground-up opportunity zone transactions, Soleste Grand Central, a 360-unit Class A multifamily project recently completed in Downtown Miami, which became one of the largest sales transactions in 2022. Other notable completed projects include Soleste Seaside in Dania Beach, Soleste Twenty2, Soleste Blue Lagoon, Soleste Alameda, and Soleste Bay Village. Mr. Ardizon also played a key role in leading Alture Westland, a completed hotel conversion in Hialeah, and has numerous luxury developments in various stages of development in Hollywood, North Miami Beach, Spring Gardens, Homestead, Riviera Beach, Lauderhill, Pompano Beach, and West Palm Beach, among others.
Before joining The Estate Companies, Mr. Ardizon co-founded and served as Principal of ECI, a South Florida-based real estate investment, management, and development firm. The company focused on providing GP/LP equity and debt for multi-family real estate developments and value-add opportunities across a diverse portfolio of asset classes. Mr. Ardizon led the overall strategic direction of the firm and is credited with strategically structuring and creating one of the more notable single-family offices in South Florida.
Mr. Ardizon began his real estate career with one of the largest nationally ranked advisory firms in the country, where he led the firm's real estate practice for almost a decade. He represented some of South Florida's largest real estate developers, REITs, operators, and sponsors during his tenure and was a top revenue producer for the firm, advising clients on over $3 billion in transactional value. He was named a "36 under 36" honoree, awarded by the state of Florida to the top CPAs under the age of 36 and was honored as a 2021 "40 Under 40" by the South Florida Business Journal. He serves on the Advisory Board for FIU's Hollo School of Real Estate and is a sought-after speaker.
