Jenny Bernell serves as CEO of Clearline Real Estate, a full-service, 100% woman-owned real estate development firm, headquartered in New York and Miami. Clearline has approximately 1,500 multifamily units in development in Florida, with the majority in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Prior to forming Clearline, Bernell served as Executive Vice President at Kushner Companies, where she oversaw nearly 12 million square feet of new development. Prior to that, Bernell worked at New York City Economic Development Corporation and Leggat McCall Properties in Boston. She holds a master's degree in architecture from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in architecture from Yale University.
