Jeremy Larkin is a founding principal and Co-Chairman of NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale. The firm is part of NAI Global, a leading commercial real estate firm powered by the largest organization of independent commercial real estate brokers with 400 offices across the globe. Mr. Larkin served as a board member of the NAI Global Leadership Board for 20 years and served as the board’s chairman for 2 years. He remains affiliated with the board as a Past Chairman Emeritus. Mr. Larkin leads the Owner’s Representative & Litigation Support Teams in NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale. He has completed transactions totaling: Total Value: $1.1 Billion Total Sq. Ft.: 5.2 million
He works with domestic and offshore clients spanning five continents. He has served as a receiver and an expert witness in numerous cases in Florida Circuit Courts throughout the state of Florida, United States District Court, and the United States Bankruptcy Court. In the last year, he has sold office buildings or development sites in the Wynwood, Coral Way, and Pinecrest markets.
