Ken Calligar

Ken Calligar, Founder and CEO of RSG 3-D, is a seasoned executive and recognized leader in sustainable housing and resilient building technologies. In 2018, he launched RSG 3-D through the acquisition of Insteel Panelmex, positioning the company at the forefront of climate-resilient construction technology. Under his leadership, RSG 3-D has won numerous accolades, including the NAHB Global Innovation Award for Leadership Product, and has expanded its technology applications from luxury resorts to affordable housing solutions. Before RSG 3-D, Calligar served as CEO of Sionix Corp, a capital equipment manufacturer and water treatment company, and previously worked as an advisor to a manufacturer of advanced pre-engineered homes. His extensive background includes a 20-year career in investment banking, where he specialized in sustainability and solar industries, successfully closing over $25 billion in transactions. His expertise in renewable energy earned him recognition for "2007 Equity Deal of the Year - Renewables" from Ernst & Young and Euromoney. Throughout his career, Calligar has held multiple board and advisory positions across both public and private companies, and he frequently shares his expertise as a speaker at sustainability and building industry conferences.
