Kevin Maloney is the President and CEO of Property Markets Group (PMG), a premier national development and investment firm based in Miami. Since founding the firm in 1991, Kevin has overseen and managed all aspects of development, operations, and strategy for more than 170 residential and commercial real estate projects and over $12B in delivered assets. He serves as the primary advisor for the company’s day-to-day functions, overseeing everything from general strategy and partnerships to investment vetting and the procurement of capital sources.
Through Kevin’s keen discretion and learned understanding of both current and future market conditions, PMG has emerged as a premier national development firm facilitating transcendent, ground-up residential communities within some of the most desirable locations nationwide. Its scope has since expanded to encompass the development of luxury condominiums, engaging multifamily communities under the national Society Living brand, and affordable housing through the PMG Affordable division. PMG also operates an in-house real estate brokerage, PMG Residential.
Kevin’s leadership has resulted in the successful repositioning of over 80 residential complexes in Manhattan alone and the development of some of the most iconic luxury towers shaping New York City’s skyline today, including Walker Tower, Stella Tower, 10 Sullivan, Queens Plaza South and 111 W 57th St. Additionally, he has guided PMG to become one of South Florida’s most trusted names in luxury development, playing an especially instrumental role in the development of much of Downtown Miami. Notable developments within PMG’s portfolio in Florida include the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, West Eleventh Residences, One Twenty Brickell Residences, One West Twelve Residences, and The Elser Hotel & Residences in Miami; Sage Intracoastal Residences in Fort Lauderdale; and One Park Sarasota and One Park West in Sarasota.
Beyond condominiums, Kevin has played a key role in the formation and expansion of PMG’s Society Living multifamily brand, which currently has over 8,500 units in the pipeline and projects underway in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, Orlando, Nashville, Denver and Brooklyn. In 2019, PMG launched PMG Affordable, a division focused on developing new affordable housing assets and acquiring existing affordable housing properties nationwide. PMG Affordable is leading the redevelopment efforts for Robles Park Village in Tampa, Florida, a historic neighborhood that will soon feature up to 1,000 new high quality affordable homes, as well as public spaces and support facilities.
