Lucia Ojeda

Lucia Ojeda is Director of Property Management at Rilea Group, a Miami-based real estate development firm with a longstanding track record across South Florida. In her role, she oversees operations, leasing strategy, and asset performance across a multifamily portfolio, while also supporting new developments from planning through lease-up and stabilization.

Her work sits at the intersection of development and operations, with a focus on driving revenue, enhancing resident experience, and aligning execution with long-term asset value. She works closely with ownership and investors to position projects for successful performance.

Prior to joining Rilea Group, Lucia worked in marketing and communications in Madrid, Miami, and New York, bringing a strategic perspective to branding and leasing.
