With more than 20 years of Real Estate experience Mark has successfully negotiated transactions throughout all asset classes focusing on Hospitality, Multifamily, and Ground-Up Condominium Development. Originating from Miami Beach, Mark moved to New York in 2001. Starting his career in Real Estate as a commercial real estate broker, where he successfully negotiated commercial real estate transactions while simultaneously attending Touro College majoring in Finance. Mark went on to found Delmark Realty LLC in the summer of 2005, and continued to broker transactions while managing salespeople working in all aspects of residential and commercial New York real estate. In 2012 Mark founded Kings Highway Development LLC with a focus on the purchasing of distressed small to mid-size assets within the region while strategically renovating and redesigning the properties to successfully increase their value for resale. Mark’s vast range of experience extends throughout the commercial and residential sectors. They include development, construction, acquisitions, as well as seasoned negotiating skills. His real estate aptitude, diligence and attention to detail make him a solid asset to any real estate endeavor.
