Michael Comras

The Comras Company

Michael Comras is President and CEO of The Comras Company, a full-service real estate brokerage, investment, and development firm active across South Florida’s most prominent commercial districts.

With more than three decades of experience in retail and mixed-use real estate, Comras has played a significant role in the evolution of Lincoln Road, helping shape the corridor’s tenant mix and long-term positioning through leasing, investment, and redevelopment. He has brought major brands, including Apple, Nike, Sephora, Gap, Victoria’s Secret, and Alo Yoga to the promenade and remains one of the market’s most active stakeholders.

Comras is currently leading the creation of NoLi (North Lincoln Road), a new micro-district aimed at revitalizing the northern end of Lincoln Road through curated boutique retail, dining, wellness, and experiential concepts. To support the vision, Comras Company recently assembled a five-building portfolio totaling 150,000 square feet and 1,700 linear feet of frontage, enabling one of the most significant coordinated redevelopment efforts in the district’s history.

Comras also holds the record for the largest property sale in Miami Beach history, having brokered the $370 million sale of six Lincoln Road buildings in 2014.

Comras has led leasing, investment, and redevelopment strategies across South Florida including CocoWalk, Miami Worldcenter, MiamiCentral, Wynwood, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and beyond.

He is a former Chairman of the Lincoln Road Marketing Association, currently serves on the Lincoln Road BID, and is a Board Member of the Coconut Grove BID. He also serves on the University of Miami Real Estate Advisory Board and supports organizations including Mount Sinai Medical Center, Jackson Health, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, The Bass Museum, and Women of Tomorrow.
