Misha Ezratti is President of GL Homes of Florida, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders and developers. With nearly 25 years of experience in land acquisitions, development, construction, entitlements, and business operations, Misha provides tactical leadership across all corporate divisions.
Under his leadership, the company has expanded its geographic footprint, increased revenues, and maintained its position as a market leader in the active adult and luxury segments. Misha has cultivated strategic partnerships and identified new growth opportunities that have helped GL Homes achieve consistent performance and close to $2 billion in annual sales. GL Homes is ranked as the 27th largest builder in the United States by revenue and is one of the top 10 privately owned homebuilders in the country by revenue.
Today, the company has numerous large scale master planned developments in Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie, Collier, Lee and Pasco Counties with several others coming on-line in the next 12 months.
Misha is committed to building exceptional communities that enhance quality of life and meet the evolving needs of today's homebuyers. The company’s 12,000-unit Riverland community in Port St. Lucie is one of the Top 50 Master Planned Communities in the USA, according to John Burns Research and Consulting.
Prior to becoming the President of GL Homes, Misha held several leadership positions within the organization, gaining extensive experience in project management, finance, construction and land development.
In addition to driving business growth, Ezratti is deeply committed to community outreach and philanthropy. He has expanded GL Homes' charitable initiatives, with a strong emphasis on homelessness and education. His work with organizations like The Lord’s Place, Feeding South Florida and the Gulfstream Goodwill ensures that GL Homes continues to positively impact the communities in which it builds.
A Miami Beach resident, Ezratti holds a degree in Finance from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
