Born and raised in Israel, Omer Horev is the visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Horev Hospitality, the hospitality group behind Pura Vida Miami, Abbalé Telavivan Kitchen, and most recently, Gelato by Pura Vida Miami. After a successful 10-year career in real estate, Omer founded Pura Vida Miami in 2012 with a vision to make healthy eating more accessible without compromising on quality or experience. Together with his wife and business partner, Jennifer Horev, he transformed a single neighborhood café into one of the country's fastest-growing lifestyle brands, now spanning more than 50 locations across Florida, New York, California, Maryland, Virginia, and New Jersey.
As CEO, Omer leads the company’s long-term vision and growth, overseeing real estate development, operations, innovation, and long-term growth strategy. His entrepreneurial mindset and deep understanding of market development have fueled the company’s growth while remaining rooted in quality, hospitality, and community. Under his leadership, Pura Vida Miami has evolved into more than a place to eat, becoming a lifestyle destination where wellness, hospitality, and meaningful connection come together. In 2021, Omer launched Abbalé Kitchen alongside partner Samuel Gorenstein, expanding Horev Hospitality's portfolio with locations in Miami Beach and Aventura.
Beyond growing the business, Omer has built a people-first culture centered on community, innovation, and hospitality. Today, Horev Hospitality is home to more than 2,400 team members across six states, reflecting his commitment to creating meaningful career opportunities while building brands that inspire healthier lifestyles and lasting connections.
As Horev Hospitality continues its national expansion, Omer remains focused on growing the company’s portfolio while staying true to the values that have defined the brand since day one. Guided by the belief that healthy living should never come at the expense of quality or hospitality, he continues to shape the future of modern hospitality through innovation, quality, and an unwavering commitment to community.
Omer lives in Florida with his wife and business partner, Jennifer Horev, and their two children.
