Pablo De Ritis

Pablo De Ritis

Faena Rose

Pablo De Ritis is the Co-Founder and President of Faena Rose, a private cultural community founded in Miami Beach. Established in 2016, Faena Rose brings together a highly engaged community of culturally and intellectually curious individuals united by a desire to better understand—and actively participate in—the ideas, people, and movements shaping our world.

Under Pablo’s leadership, Faena Rose has evolved into a vibrant cultural institution built on the principles of community, intellectual inquiry, arts patronage, and access. Programming lies at its heart, spanning intimate salons, provocative conversations, immersive cultural experiences, private performances, and encounters with many of the world’s most influential artists, thinkers, entrepreneurs, innovators, and public figures. Through these experiences, Faena Rose offers its community a direct line to the cultural zeitgeist and a forum for engaging deeply with the defining issues of our time.

Pablo has built his career around creating compelling communities of culturally and intellectually curious people. His particular expertise lies in understanding what brings exceptional individuals together—and what keeps them meaningfully engaged. By combining thoughtful curation, an instinct for emerging ideas, and a highly personal approach to community-building, he creates environments in which people form genuine relationships, encounter perspectives outside their usual circles, and participate in experiences they could not easily access elsewhere. His work extends beyond assembling audiences or producing events: it is about cultivating trust, curiosity, belonging, and a shared sense of discovery.

Faena Rose has also developed into a platform for original intellectual and cultural content. This includes Faena Rose Rumble, an original live series in which leading cultural figures and opposing voices clash in championship-style debates staged alongside some of the year’s most important and provocative cultural events. Combining rigorous ideas with theatricality, humor, and audience participation, Rose Rumble reflects Pablo’s distinctive ability to transform serious discourse into an engaging and memorable communal experience.

Pablo is also the co-creator of Roses & Thorns, an original live show, hosted by entertainment and brand Czar, Charlie Walk, that brings the energy of a cultural gathering to the world of entrepreneurship and investing. Each edition features a select group of founders presenting their companies and ideas before an engaged audience, which ultimately weighs in on whether each venture deserves a “Rose” or a “Thorn.” Blending storytelling, business insight, audience participation, and the possibility of real investment, Roses & Thorns is designed to make the often-insular world of venture capital more social, accessible, and entertaining—while creating meaningful connections between exceptional founders and a highly influential community of investors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.

Pablo is currently developing a third original live-show concept, set to launch in Q1 2027, that brings together two universal passions—food and music—in a wildly entertaining new format. Like Faena Rose Rumble and Roses & Thorns, the concept reflects his belief that intellectually and culturally substantive programming need not be earnest or predictable: all three are designed to infuse compelling ideas, personalities, and subject matter with a distinctly high-octane level of entertainment, theatricality, and audience engagement.

Prior to co-founding Faena Rose, Pablo spent more than seven years at New York’s CORE:, where he served as Cultural Curator and Director of Business Development. In that role, he created and curated more than 200 cultural programs annually, ranging from advance film screenings and intimate performances to conversations with renowned figures across art, finance, entertainment, design, sports, politics, technology, and global affairs. His work earned him a reputation for identifying compelling voices, anticipating the subjects that would matter, and producing experiences of exceptional caliber, originality, and breadth.

Earlier in his career, Pablo spent nearly a decade in international publishing and media. Most notably, he served as Americas Bureau Chief for Wallpaper* magazine and contributed to its associated publications, including LINE and Spruce. His publishing background sharpened his editorial sensibility and his ability to recognize emerging talent, cultural shifts, and ideas before they enter the mainstream—skills that continue to inform his approach to programming and community-building today.

Pablo also possesses a deep understanding of the luxury sector and has developed innovative strategies for integrating brands into cultural experiences in ways that feel substantive, relevant, and additive to the community. His collaborations have included American Express, Apple, Berluti, Chanel, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Davidoff, Dior Homme, Dom Pérignon, Dunhill, Ferrari, Graff, Isaia, Kiki de Montparnasse, Kiton, Krug, and Louis XIII de Rémy Martin.
