Patrick Carroll is the Founder and CEO of Carroll Holdings, a private investment firm based in Miami focused on real estate, private equity, and strategic operating businesses. Over his career, Patrick has led more than $12.8 billion in multifamily transactions, including 171 acquisitions totaling over 90,000 units across the U.S. Sunbelt and Western markets. Under his leadership, his firm delivered $4.8 billion in realized investments and 25% gross IRR to partners such as Blackstone, PGIM, and Goldman Sachs.
Today, Carroll is building “Carroll 2.0,” a modern family office and GP hybrid platform combining institutional discipline with entrepreneurial speed—while expanding into private markets, media, and technology.
