Ryan Holtzman is an Executive Managing Director at C&W, a global real estate services firm. He has over 20 years of experience providing agency leasing, advisory, and brokerage services to office building owners throughout South Florida. Since 2020, his team has leased over 6.3 million square feet of office space, with a total transaction value exceeding $3.1 billion. He currently oversees a portfolio totaling over 8.0 million square feet.
Ryan has been featured in Miami Today, the Daily Business Review, Bloomberg, Commercial Observer, Real Deal, South Florida Business Journal and several other publications. Ryan is part of the team that executed on the successful lease-ups of new developments such as 2850 Tigertail and 830 Brickell to full occupancy prior to completion. He has represented building owners on notable lease transactions with Citadel, Microsoft, Corient, Kaseya, MSC Cruises, Greenberg Traurig and many other major companies.
He has built a strong reputation as a market leader in office leasing and has been a trusted advisor to a wide range of property owners and stakeholders. Ryan is a Miami native and went to Ransom Everglades School all the way through high school.
