Ryan Shear manages PMG’s growing real estate portfolio encompassing over $11 billion in assets, overseeing construction management, design, marketing, sales, and operations throughout the development process. He began his career at PMG in 2007 and has since focused primarily on bringing new-construction condo and multifamily high rises to urban cores, including Miami, New York, Orlando, Denver, Atlanta, and more. Recent condo projects he’s spearheaded include The Elser Hotel & Residences, E11EVEN® Club Hotel & Residences, Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale, One Park Sarasota, Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami, Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences, Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences, Delano Residences Miami, Palm Tree Residences Miami, Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg, and Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek. Recent multifamily projects include Society Las Olas, Society Orlando, Society Nashville, Society Brooklyn, Society Atlanta, and Society Wynwood. Ryan graduated with a BA in Business Administration from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in Atlanta.
