Collins is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Two Roads Real Estate Group. Established in 2012, the firm’s portfolio includes four luxury high-rise condominiums, more than 8,800 single-family lots across Florida, and over 3 million square feet of future commercial development land.
He oversees all aspects of new development, including project acquisition, land planning, zoning, project management, financing, asset management, and deal structuring. With more than 18 years of experience, Collins brings a strategic, full-cycle perspective to complex real estate projects.
Collins also serves as Chair of the firm’s Investment Committee, guiding its growth strategy and investment approach, and sits on the advisory board for the University of Miami School of Architecture’s Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism program.
