Zach leads JLL’s South Florida retail brokerage, overseeing business development, leasing plans, and tenant rollouts. His
expertise in both landlord and tenant representation spans key markets including the Design District, Wynwood, Lincoln
Road, Collins Avenue, and Brickell/Downtown. Drawing on his New York City experience, Zach has successfully facilitated
the expansion of Northeast retailers into South Florida by highlighting parallels between Miami’s growth and that of NYC
neighborhoods over the past decade.
