Ari Rastegar
CEO, Rastegar Property Company

Ari Rastegar is a developer and the CEO of the Rastegar Property Company. An Austin native, he studied English literature at Texas A&M University, received his JD degree from St. Mary’s University Law School, and officially became licensed to practice law in Texas in 2009. Not long after founding his first real estate investment firm, Rastegar went to live in NYC and expand his personal network. In 2015, Rastegar identified a trend of big tech companies moving their headquarters to Austin as well as a massive migration into the Sunbelt and decided to move his family back to Texas to found Rastegar Property Company. Since then, he has acquired prime real estate properties across the Sunbelt in multiple asset classes. Rastegar has built a strong portfolio network designed to reduce risk and provide access to institutional-grade investment opportunities, with an emphasis on asset classes such as self-storage, multifamily, office, retail, industrial and master-planned communities. Some of his latest projects include a high-rise in Dallas, a massive 600,000-square-foot industrial space located next to the Tesla Gigafactory outside of Austin and a 318-acre master planned community in Kyle, Texas, between Austin and San Antonio.
