Todd Tydlaska

Todd Tydlaska is a Los Angeles-based Executive Vice President of CBRE with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Todd specializes in the sale, recapitalization and financing of investment properties for institutional clients, lenders, special servicers and real estate developers, as well as advisory services for corporate real estate clients. In his career, Todd has been involved in over $15 billion of sales, financing, joint venture, leasehold and development transactions for office, industrial, retail, self-storage, land and studio product throughout the West Coast. Todd’s diverse experience covers a wide geography as well as deal size, ranging from $6 million trust estate sales to the $1.15 billion sale of the Amazon.com corporate headquarters. Todd is a lead member of the office investment sales team based in Los Angeles, CA and is a member of the global capital team for CBRE.
