HERE’S HOW TO BOOK YOUR SOUTH FLORIDA FORUM SPONSORSHIPS AND BOOTHS:

  1. Let us know that you’d like to meet on-site to discuss, and secure, your place by completing THIS FORM. We’ll then contact you the Monday before The Miami Forum 2025 to let you know your meeting time. The 2026 Rebook team will be located in the exhibit hall, in The Real Deal booth next to the lobby entrance in Mana Wynwood.
  2. Review the Miami Forum floor plans in advance, if you’re interested in a booth, and identify a general area where you prefer to reserve space for your company. The 2026 Rebook team will have an up-to-the-minute floor plan on display for your reference at your meeting.
  3. We require a signed agreement on-site, and to officially secure your space:
    1. For Miami Forum 2026, a full contract signed and 50% deposit will be due onsite, with the balance due by December 31, 2025.
