1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of The Real Deal, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter to ensure equal opportunity for all participants:
• Method 1 (Registration): Register for the New York City Forum by Monday, May 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. This includes paid registrations, complimentary codes, and registrations completed through this link.
• Method 2 (Free Alternate Method): To enter without purchasing a ticket or attending the event, please email RSVP@therealdeal.com with your full name and the subject line "Miami Giveaway Entry" by Monday, May 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

3. The Prize
Three (3) prize winners will each receive a trip to the Miami Forum (estimated total value: $2,000), including:
• One (1) round-trip coach class flight from a New York City area airport to Miami, FL, reimbursement up to $500.
• Two (2) nights of hotel accommodations at the Miami Forum host hotel on Tuesday, November 3, and Wednesday, November 4.
• Food and beverage per diem of $100 per day, November 4 & 5.
• Selection: Three (3) winners will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries on Thursday, May 7, 2026 (the day after the NYC Forum).
• Taxes: Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the fair market value of the prize ($2,000).
• Public Announcement: The winners' first names and last initials will be published on the event website for The Real Deal NYC Forum on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

‍4. Winner Selection and Notification
• Selection: One (1) winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries on Thursday, May 7, 2026 (the day after the NYC Forum).
• Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address used during registration/entry.
• Public Announcement: The winner’s first name and last initial will be announced on our official social media channels @TheRealDeal on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
• Claim Period: The potential winner must respond to the email notification within 48 hours of being notified or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

5. Legal Disclosures (New York Compliance)
• No Purchase Necessary: Participation is free via Method 2.
• Taxes: The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the fair market value of the prize ($2,000).
• Winners List: To obtain a list of the winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to The Real Deal (450 W 31st Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY, 10001) within 60 days of the drawing.
• Social Media Release: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook. By entering, you release these platforms from any and all liability.
