1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of The Real Deal, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter to ensure equal opportunity for all participants:
• Method 1 (Registration): Register for the New York City Forum by Monday, May 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. This includes paid registrations, complimentary codes, and registrations completed through Link.
• Method 2 (Free Alternate Method): To enter without purchasing a ticket or attending the event, please fill out the digital entry form at [Your Website URL] or email [Email Address] with your full name and the subject line "Miami Giveaway Entry" by Monday, May 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
3. The Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to the Miami Forum (estimated total value: $2,000), including:
• One (1) round-trip coach class flight from a New York City area airport to Miami, FL.
• Three (2) nights of hotel accommodations at the Miami Forum host hotel.
• A per diem stipend of $[Amount] for meals and incidentals.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
• Selection: One (1) winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries on Thursday, May 7, 2026 (the day after the NYC Forum).
• Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address used during registration/entry.
• Public Announcement: The winner’s first name and last initial will be announced on our official social media channels @TheRealDeal on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

5. Legal Disclosures (New York Compliance)
• No Purchase Necessary: Participation is free via Method 2.
