Key projects include the Domino Sugar Factory redevelopment including the recently opened Class A office space in the Refinery at Domino, One South First and Ten Grand, 325 Kent, and the six-acre fully public Domino Park; Wythe Hotel, 300 Ashland, 60 Water, 110 Livingston Street, 125 Court and several conversions of former industrial spaces across Brooklyn; and Mercedes House and 50 W 23rd Street in Manhattan. Jed also launched The David Prize, which gives $1 million annually to local unrecognized entrepreneurs with big ideas to improve New York City.
