A member of the American Institute of Architects and licensed architect in several states, Paul grew up in Ireland, where he attended the Dublin Institute of Technology, graduating with honors in architecture in 1994. After graduation, he moved to Southern California and worked for various local architectural firms before establishing McClean Design in 2000. Currently, McClean Design has built several luxury homes & mansions in Los Angeles, British Columbia, Hawaii, Texas, & New Jersey - all focused on cutting-edge luxury design and sustainable living with clients including noteworthy names Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Calvin Klein, among several others.
Jamison Properties controls approximately 18 million square feet of commercial and residential properties throughout Southern California. The privately held, family-run business has been one of the largest office landlords in the City of Los Angeles for the past 25 years. Since Mr. Lee took the helm, the company has completed over 3,100 apartment units making Jamison one of the most active multifamily developers in Los Angeles. Mr. Lee has been at the forefront of Jamison’s strategy for building its multifamily inventory through the conversion of approximately one-third of its existing office buildings into residential properties and the development of ground-up projects. Jamison’s initial multifamily projects were focused in Koreatown, and those efforts have helped revitalize the area and transformed it into one of Southern California’s hottest markets.
