A seasoned entrepreneur and housing industry innovator, Cliff Johnson is the President of Padsplit where he is focused on driving the company’s mission to expand access to affordable housing and empower individuals to achieve financial independence.
Prior to joining Padsplit earlier this year, Johnson co-founded Vacasa (NASDAQ: VCSA) in 2009, where as COO, he played a pivotal role in developing a scalable full-service property management model, pricing algorithms, and market launch strategies that propelled the company to become a global leader in vacation rentals. Following his time at Vacasa, he contributed to the success of Rented.com, an Atlanta-based revenue management platform, and most recently worked at Realtor.com, where he led efforts to innovate and scale business lines, achieving approximately 400% revenue growth for the new construction division and launching a multi-family partnership with Zillow.
