Susan’s unrivaled experience and expertise in pre-development design and planning, marketing, and sales have been integral to the firm’s success, contributing to an $87 billion global new development portfolio. Headquartered in NYC and under Susan’s tutelage, DEDM has successfully expanded into South Florida, California, Massachusetts, and Texas. The firm’s world-class portfolio includes 432 Park Avenue, 111 West 57th Street, 111 Murray, 150 Charles, Faena House, Miami Beach EDITION, Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale, and West Hollywood EDITION, all of which have achieved record-breaking sales.
Throughout her career, Susan has collaborated with many of the world’s most prestigious and renowned architects, several of whom have been awarded the coveted Pritzker Architecture Prize, including Renzo Piano, Jean Nouvel, and Richard Meier.
Formerly, Susan served as President of Sales at Related Companies, widely recognized as one of the most innovative and prolific real estate developers. During her tenure, she presided over $8 billion in sales for the firm’s super-luxury condominium portfolio in New York, Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Her prestigious portfolio included The Residences at Mandarin Oriental and One Central Park at Time Warner Center, The Clarendon in Boston, and The Century in Los Angeles. Susan previously was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of The Sunshine Group Ltd, recognized as the preeminent real estate marketing firm in the country.
